Incompetent and Untrustworthy

We engaged his service to help identify and fix a leak, he said the leak is from the tap and that the tap needs changing. He changed the tap with a cheap replacement and took our supposedly faulty but more expensive tap away. Unfortunately we've already paid him before finding out the next day that the replacement did not fix the leak. We called and told him, he initially promised to come the next day, but didnt show and has since refused picking his calls. Worse of all the initial issues would have been fixed by just applying silicone.
