Couldn't recommend Jack enough!! I really lost my body confidence after having my baby and struggled a bit with some abdominal separation too, and decided I needed some proper help rather than trying to DIY it! Jack has been great at boosting my confidence with lifting weights (I don't think I'd have dared go into the free weights bit at the gym on my own) and I've been amazed at the progress I've seen. I feel strong and healthy and the workouts are really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
